Peter G Vandy, commonly called “Lord Pee” was born in Bo, Sierra Leone to Pa. JC Vandy of blessed memory and Mrs. Tiange Vandy.

In pursuit of academic excellence, Peter G Vandy gained admission at the Njala University where he pursued post graduate studies in Peace and Development Studies (M.A. PADS) graduating June 2018. Prior to his post graduate accomplishments, Peter enrolled at Fouray Bay College (FBC) in 2008, where he successfully pursued a 4 year Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree programe in Political Science.

Peter worked with several organizations in different capacities:

1995 - 2000 - CRS Logistics Officer
2001 - IRC as Logistics Officer
2002 - UNHCR as Store Manager
2012 – YCS Coordinator & Youth Coordinator, Catholic Diocese of Bo

Lord Pee was a rising grassroots Politician in Bo, admired by all he interacted with in politics and outside of politics. He served as the Acting Branch Chairman/Secretary for the Manjama YMCA. He was a committed member of the Knight of St John and a devoted catholic at St. Teresa Parish in Bo.

The family and friends are proud of Peter’s accomplishments and growth given his short tenure here on earth.
